Substantial Reward!
Travelers to and from South Fork have occasionally encountered raids by orcs, along the Rialnin Road. They must have a base somewhere north of the city. A reward of 40 gp will be given for information leading to the location of their base of operations. To collect reward, contact Captain Karrack of the city watch, at the main garrison.
These orc bands are extremely dangerous! You are not encouraged to engage them.
